Tips for creating a video CV

During the application process, if you are long listed we may request you submit a video answering a very important question: 

Why do you think you should you be selected for the RSSP?

  • The video should be 1-2 minutes (up to 120 seconds maximum). Anything past 120 seconds will not be watched!

  • The video can be filmed from a front facing camera on your phone (as if you’re taking a selfie), or in a different, more creative way, if desired.

  • Technical specifications: Your video must be under 500 MB and in MP4 (preferred) or MOV file format.

What’s important: You tell us why you should be selected for the RSSP in 2 minutes or less!
