Tips for creating a video CV

During the application process if you are long listed you may request for you to submit a video answering a very important question: 

Why do you think you should you be selected for the RSSP?

• The video should be 60 seconds (up to 90 seconds maximum). Anything past 90 seconds will not be watched!

• The video can be filmed from a front facing camera on your phone (as if you’re taking a selfie), or in a different, more creative way, if desired.

• Technical specifications: Your video must be under 20 MB and in MP4 (preferred) or MOV file format.

• You may have just 48 hours to submit your video if we request it, so we recommend you practice what you will record in advance!

What’s important: You tell us why you should be selected for the RSSP in 90 seconds or less!
