More Student Welcome Group info sessions in September

Skill Path is running more online info sessions in September for anyone thinking about joining a Student Welcome Group.

Each session runs for an hour, covers what the groups do and what's expected of members, and shows you how to sign up.

Student Welcome Groups are teams of students and staff who welcome refugee students arriving to study in Australia through the Refugee Student Settlement Pathway.

These groups meet students at the airport, helps them settle in, and stay alongside them through their first year.

We're building groups at universities across the country ahead of the next intake in early 2027.
